He contributes to the economic structuring of client matters where financial modelling, valuation, or capital flows intersect with legal risk. His background in applied mathematics and corporate finance provides a quantitative dimension to LS2P's advisory work, particularly in cross-border planning and transactional contexts.
Clément also leads the firm's digital advancement, introducing AI systems that enhance internal processes, while shaping LS2P's identity and communications to reflect the precision and clarity that define its legal practice.
He ensures that the firm's strategic and visual positioning remains fully aligned with its role as a forward-thinking partner to multinational clients.
Clément is not a practising lawyer and does not take part in the firm's legal advisory work.
